Policy & Document Management – End User Course

Course Overview:

Policy and Document Management (PDMS) provides organizations a single repository for storage and access to policies and documents. The App also provides a consistent framework to create, manage and update policy documents in addition to capturing attestation and exception requests from users. 

This course enables participants to understand and configure the app based on the business' requirements and also enables them to own and manage the app after the initial setup process.   

 Learning Objectives: 

The training is focused on making trainees understand the features, process, workflows, and functionalities of the Policy Management Product. At the end of the training, and practice, trainees will have knowledge on how to setup the PDMS product which includes knowledge on:  

·             Product Functionality & Use Case - Workflow Usage

o    Understand how to navigate the PDMS app

o    Upload, workflow and publish documents

o    Create inline documents

o    Attest to policies

o    Administer and manage the PDMS app

o    Automating Attestations

·             Product/Use Case Setup, User Management & Basic Administration

o    Define document categories

o    Define document privileges

o    Manage user access within the PDMS app

o   Create document lifecycles based on business needs

Certification Issued:

Participants will be issued a Course Completion Certificate on successful completion of the entire course.
