Course Overview:
The MetricStream Regulatory Change Management (RCM) product provides a centralized framework to aggregate regulatory content from many trusted content sources, including external subscription data and freely available data sources. It provides the capability to triage regulatory alerts, determine applicability and impact to the organization and issue remediation.

Learning Objectives:
The training is focused on making trainees understand the features, process, workflows, and functionalities of the Regulatory Change Management Product. At the end of the training and practice, trainees will have knowledge on how to perform basic setup of the RCM product which includes knowledge on:
§ Product Functionality & Use Case - Workflow Usage
o Understand how to navigate the app
o Create and/or upload regulatory content
o Create and approve Library Content
o Subscribe to Regulatory alerts and feeds
o Monitor, Triage and Review regulatory developments
o Review and monitor the impact of regulatory changes
o Work on regulatory tasks
o Log, approve, manage, monitor, and close issues
§ Product/Use Case Setup, User Management & Basic Administration
o Create Channels, Adhoc Alert, Content Rules
o Subscribe to channels
o Perform Data Upload

Certification Issued:
