Learning Objectives: 

The training is focused on making trainees understand the features, process, workflows, and functionalities of the Business Continuity Management Product. At the end of the training and practice, trainees will have knowledge on how to perform basic setup of the BCM product which includes knowledge on:

o    Understand how to navigate the BCM app

o    Create BCM Library

o    Analyze Business Impact Analysis

o    Create, Approve and Manage Business Continuity Plans

o    Execute Plan Exercises

o    Setup Emergency Notifications

o    Manage Crisis & Incidents

o    Log, approve, manage, monitor and close issues

·             Product/Use Case Setup, User Management & Basic Administration

o    Upload Assets, Risk, Control and Processes

o    Configure Plan

o    Define BIA Score

o    Upload Third Parties

o    Risk Assessment Setup

o    Everbridge API Configuration

o    Upload Contacts, Create Groups and Rules
