BCM Program Manager - Role Based Course
BCM Program Manager is responsible for managing the Business Continuity Management Program across the enterprise. This course focuses on the tasks performed by the BCM Program Manager, who is responsible to run the business continuity program in the organization according to the strategy decided by the sponsor. This role is responsible for defining the business continuity framework and schedule different activities under Business Continuity.
