Learning Objectives: The training is focused on the features, process, workflows, and functionalities of the IT-Compliance application.

At the end of the training, practice and certification, resources will be able to understand: 

§  Functional

·         Understand how to navigate the IT Compliance app

·         Create compliance content 

·         Create, approve and manage compliance plans

·         Execute compliance assessments

·         Create, approve and manage surveys & certifications 

·         Respond to surveys & certifications

·         Log, approve, manage, monitor and close issues

§  Administrative

·         Upload compliance content 

·         Build & configure Survey/Scorecard/Certification Questionnaires

Training Duration: 2 Days (12 hours) of Training & Guided Practice

Assessment & Certification Duration: 1 week of practical assessment. Training Instance will be provided Individually for practice during entire period of training & assessment.

Certification Awarded: MetricStream Certified IT-COM App Functional Specialist

Pre-requisites: Knowledge of GRC
