Policy & Document Management App - Live Instructor Led Training Course

User roles who will benefit from the training:  Project Mangers, Technical Leads, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Quality Assurance Team, IT Support Team, Developers who want to get certified on the MetricStream Applications

Learning Objectives: The training is focused on the features, process, workflows and functionalities of the Policy Document Management System (PDMS) application.

At the end of the training, practice and certification, resources will be able to understand:

§     Functional

·         Understand how to navigate the PDMS app

·         Upload, workflow and publish documents

·         Create inline documents

·         Attest to policies

·         Administer and manage the PDMS app

§     Administrative

·         Define document categories

·         Define document privileges

·         Manage user access within the PDMS app

·         Create document lifecycles based on business needs

Training Duration: 1 Day (6 hours) of Training & Guided Practice

Assessment & Certification Duration: 1 week of practical assessment. Training Instance will be provided Individually for practice during entire period of training & assessment.

Certification Awarded: MetricStream Certified PDMS App Functional Specialist

Pre-requisites: Knowledge of GRC
