Regulatory Change Management App - Live Instructor Led Training Course

User roles who will benefit from the training:  Project Mangers, Technical Leads, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Quality Assurance Team, IT Support Team, Developers who want to get certified on the MetricStream Applications 

Learning Objectives: The training is focused on the features, process, workflows, and functionalities of the Regulatory Change Management application.

At the end of the training, practice and certification, resources will be able to understand: 

§     Functional

·         Understand how to navigate the app

·         Create and/or upload regulatory content

·         Create and approve Library Content

·         Subscribe to Regulatory alerts and feeds

·         Monitor, Triage and Review regulatory developments

·         Review and monitor the impact of regulatory changes

·         Work on regulatory tasks

·         Log, approve, manage, monitor and close issues

§     Administrative

·         Create Channels, Adhoc Alert, Content Rules

·         Subscribe to channels

·         Perform Data Upload

Training Duration: 2 Days (12 hours) of Training & Guided Practice

Assessment & Certification Duration: 1 week of practical assessment. Training Instance will be provided Individually for practice during entire period of training & assessment.

Certification Awarded: MetricStream Certified RCM App Functional Specialist

Pre-requisites: Knowledge of GRC
