It brings together risk management related data including risks and their corresponding assessments. The product’s workflow capabilities streamline the risk assessment process, while risk heat maps enable organizations to set their priorities and make strategic decisions based on the risk response.

Learning Objectives: 

This 12 hour course enables participants to set up key indicators for the organization's processes, risks and to track them against set thresholds; identify controls for mitigating the risks and frequently test and monitor their effectiveness; assess risks associated with business processes, objectives, and organizations; and track & monitor issues identified during the assessments.

The training is focused on making trainees understand the features, process, workflows, and functionalities of the Enterprise Risk Management Product. At the end of the training, practice and certification, trainees will have knowledge on how to implement and perform basic configurations on the ERM product which includes knowledge on:

o   Understand how to navigate the Enterprise Risk Management product

Certification (Optional):

To be certified, you need to score a minimum of 75% on both the objective and practical assessment. You are allowed a maximum of 2 attempts to pass the certification tests. Please reach out to the instructor once you are ready for assessment. The maximum duration allowed for appearing for assessment is 2 weeks from the course assignment date.
