Platform Basics: Design and Development using Platform Framework
Course Overview:
The MetricStream Platform framework enables Rapid and consistent Design, Development and Sustenance of highly configurable GRC Applications. The Product development suite consists of 3 core designers, the data designer, the form designer and the workflow designer to define the structure of the business entity, design the form and the workflow. The Platform consists of the infolets, Reports, Charts and dashboard designer that provides insight into the product data.

Practical Knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, Data Modelling, Java, JavaScript, Basics of XML, Basic Product Features and Functionality. |

Learning Objectives: The training is focused on Basic Platform technical concepts required to implement any app in MetricStream suite of applications.
At the end of the training, resources will be able to understand:
- How to perform basic application setup
- How to Create and Manage Infolets
- How to Create and Manage Reports and Charts on the MetricStream Application
- Understand the basic data model
- How to build a simple app.
- Understand the workflow design
*(Training will cover how to develop a simple application and it is app neutral)

Certification (Optional):
To be certified, you need to score a minimum of 75% on both the objective and practical assessment. You are allowed a maximum of 2 attempts to pass the certification tests. Please reach out to the instructor once you are ready for assessment. The maximum duration allowed for appearing for assessment is 2 weeks from the course assignment date.
