The MetricStream Survey Management App enables you to manage and track surveys in an automated, systematic, and efficient manner. The app streamlines the flow of survey data and information in the enterprise, and documents attestations and representations at various stages.

Learning Objectives:
The training is focused on making trainees understand the features, process, workflows, and functionalities of the Survey Management Product. At the end of the training, practice and certification, trainees will have knowledge on how to implement and perform basic configurations on the Survey Management product which includes knowledge on:

o Monitor, Triage and Review regulatory developments

Practice & Facetime with Instructor:
Once you start the course, please reach out to MSU at [email protected] to get a practice instance allocated. Upon completion of course content and sufficient practice, reach out to your MSU instructor for your 2 hr Q&A session to clarify and address any open questions.
Certification (Optional):
To be certified, you need to score a minimum of 75% on both the objective and practical assessment. You are allowed a maximum of 2 attempts to pass the certification tests. Please reach out to the instructor once you are ready for assessment. The maximum duration allowed for appearing for assessment is 2 weeks from the course assignment date.

Lesson Overview and Navigation
Surveys allows organizations to set up questionnaires for surveys, scorecards, and certifications which are sent to respondents to collect information and make decisions.

Lesson Setup Questionnaire
Setup Questionnaire is a organized set of steps, procedures, protocols, and information on setting up and search or edit existing the questionnaire for survey/certification/scorecard.

Lesson Setup Survey
Setup surveys, scorecard, and certification plans in the setup survey stage to receive the responses from the respondents.

Lesson Respond to Survey
In this stage, the respondents to respond to the surveys/scorecards/certification. Respondents can record and report the details of findings/issues.

Lesson Approve Survey
After the respondent submits the Survey / Scorecard / Certification, the selected response approver can review and approve responses.

This unit covers configuration topics enabling you to populate configuration workbooks, updating LOVs and Data Table on forms and defining workflow parameters.
