Survey Management - End User Course

Course Overview: 

The MetricStream Survey Management App enables you to manage and track surveys in an automated, systematic, and efficient manner.  The app streamlines  the  flow  of  survey  data  and  information  in  the  enterprise,  and  documents  attestations  and representations at various stages.

Learning Objectives: 

The training is focused on making trainees understand the features, process, workflows, and functionalities of the Survey Management Product. At the end of the training, practice and certification, trainees will have knowledge on how to implement and perform basic configurations on the Survey Management product which includes knowledge on:

§     Product Functionality & Use Case Workflow Usage

o    Understand how to navigate the app

o    Setup Questionnaire

o    Setup Survey

o    Monitor, Triage and Review regulatory developments

o    Respond to Survey

o   Approve Response

o    Log, approve, manage, monitor, and close issues 

§     Product Configuration

o    Configuration Workbooks

o    Updating Survey LOVs

o    Updating Survey Data Tables

o    Survey Configuration Parameters

§      Product/Use Case Setup, User Management & Basic Administration

o    Perform Data Upload

Practice & Facetime with Instructor:

Once you start the course, please reach out to MSU at [email protected] to get a practice instance allocated. Upon completion of course content and sufficient practice, reach out to your MSU instructor for your 2 hr Q&A session to clarify and address any open questions.

Certification Issued:

Participants will be issued a Course Completion Certificate on successful completion of the entire course.
